Closure for Snappy

Found the body of Snappy in The Horror Section, trapped in a room with a note that mentions a "jack". His body is returned to the front desk by Snailrag who felt uncomfortable in the Horror section anyway, and he contacted Snappy's next of kin.

After we got back to the front desk we found Snappy's mother and siblings there and she ended up giving some of us a reward.
