The-Tower

A 35-story tower that seems to be somewhat of a simulacra of the city above, though not exact. It appears strangely empty inside except for the bar, and we know that the boss in the city seems to be using a machine that makes everyone be happy. Smaller prototype is a Mind Control Node.
